Mike Darling - Owner & Phoenix Home Inspector

Prior to acquiring Southwest Premier Home Inspection Mike has spent over 25 years in plant maintenance, plumbing, heating and A/C. Mike has worked in residential, new construction, commercial, and industrial applications. Mike now brings all of these inspection and diagnosis skills to the Home inspection Industry. This has fully prepared Mike to provide you with a superior home inspection and report.

Mike is a family man, when not out inspecting homes he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son! Our family is very active in scouting and sports.

Mike is licensed by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (AZ BTR) and is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Never satisfied with average results, Mike is dedicated to the constant pursuit of continuing education and stays up on current and upcoming construction practices and techniques.


Josh Lutz - Phoenix Home Inspector

Prior to becoming a Phoenix Home Inspector Josh spent 16 years working in aviation maintenance, inspection and quality control, Josh applies the intensive inspection skills that he learned and honed in the aviation industry to the Home Inspections, this gives him a unique advantage when it comes to home inspection.

Josh's keen eye for detail and extensive background in inspection techniques coupled with his knowledge of construction practices guarantee you a superior Phoenix Home Inspection.

Josh is a family man, when not out inspecting homes he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons!
