Re-Inspection Policy
|
| Re-inspection fee's are
calculated by the number of systems that need to be
re-inspected. For example Heating & Cooling is one
system, Electrical is another system. Our fee is $100
for the first system and $20 for each additional system
that requires re-inspection. |

| We
will not perform a re-inspection after 60 days from the
original inspection date. If it has been more
than 60 days we will need to perform a full home
inspection on the property at the current listed home
inspection price. |

| To perform the
re-inspection we require a lockbox
code or CBS code to access the property, we will
not be able to perform the inspection without a code to
access the property. Re-inspections are not given a
dedicated inspection slot, we will give you a two day
window and will perform the inspection as able during that
timeframe. |

| We will need copies of any
repair orders that were performed on the system being
reinspected indicating the work that was performed.
If we recommended repairs by a "Licensed" contractor, we
will not reinspect that system unless the work was
performed by a licensed contractor. |
